Friendly Nooks is a community agency helping small businesses build and nurture vibrant and profitable community spaces, online + IRL.

We work with values-driven founders and community leaders who run small community businesses in a variety of niches: dog training, parenting, entrepreneurship, and more.

We are hiring a Client Partner to lead our work within client communities.

We’re looking for someone to own client delivery, balancing client relationships, community growth initiatives, and higher-level strategic thinking.

This role is client-facing and collaborative. You’ll be inside client communities, helping them run smoothly, grow intentionally, and help members feel well taken care of. Each community is unique, so we’re looking for someone who has varied experience to pull from and adapt.

This role is ideal for someone with experience leading communities or programs. You’ll work closely with me (the founder) on strategy and direction, while independently leading day-to-day client work and decisions.

The details

Structure: Part-time, hourly, fully remote.

Time commitment: Starts at around 10 hours a week for a 3-month trial period, with potential to grow

Salary: $35-60/hour depending on experience.
